Ready, Set, Grow
The Ready, Set, Grow OT Camp is a one‑week camp designed to bridge the gap in services during the summer months. By shifting from a 1:1 model to a small group setting, we offer a concentrated just‑right challenge that fosters organic social engagement and provides a live environment for practicing essential co‑regulation, social interaction strategies, fine motor skills, and other OT focus areas.
Clinical Focus Areas
✍️ Fine Motor Skills
Strengthen hand-eye coordination and dexterity. Activities include sensory art and craft, fine motor precision, strengthening, and handwriting mechanics to improve functional independence.
🌀 Sensory Integration
Support self-regulation through purposeful play. Create obstacle courses and sensory-rich environments to help children process information and develop personalized coping strategies.
❤️ Social-Emotional
Develop social competency and emotional resilience. Using the Zones of Regulation framework, children identify their needs and advocate for themselves in a group dynamic.
🧠 Executive Function
Target working memory and cognitive flexibility by practicing multi-step task initiation, completion, and organizational activities.
