Telehealth at CSLC
We offer Telepractice services which include, consultation, assessment, intervention, and tutoring services from the comfort of your home. Telepractice (or teletherapy) is a service delivery model that is supported by both the American Speech-Language -Hearing Association (ASHA) and the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA). Our therapists and tutors provide services via Zoom, a HIPAA-compliant video communication platform. All you need is a phone, laptop, or computer with video/audio capabilities and a phone or internet connection.

HOW TO PREPARE

Prior to the meeting time, you will receive a link via Zoom for your reserved time. Please check to make sure that this link works – as well as audio settings - on the device of your choosing.

Ensure you or your child is set up in a quiet setting, free from distractions.

A web-enabled desktop, laptop, or iPad is required for tutoring and/or treatment. 

If available, use a headset with a mic (such as Apple iPhone earbuds).

Remove all non-essential items from the table or make sure they are out of reach (pens, toys, books, iPhone, etc.).
