Erika Phillips joins us from St. Anne’s-Belfield School where she is a member of the Communications Team, part of the Middle School Quest program, and beloved after-school Dungeons & Dragons group “Game Master.” Erika has been leading tabletop role-playing games, like D&D, for over 4 years for students in elementary and middle school as well as adults. She loves how the collaborative environment that D&D, and other role-playing games, create has helped her students come out of their shells, build new friendships, and think creatively. Playing games is one of her favorite ways to help students continue to work on building their social skills. Erika’s passion for games extends into her personal life, where she can be found running D&D games for her family and friends and playing a variety of video games.
